At Søbogaard, we constantly try to utilize all resources and minimize food waste. This is how our fruit wines come into being, as you cannot always use the berries 100% for juice.

The selection is therefore varied. Keep a close eye on this page, for new inventions from the lads at Søbogaard.

Beautiful sweet wine that was born when we received a shipment of apricots with too many seeds for jam. The wine can be enjoyed as it is, chilled with ice or try to add a bit sparkling water

Spiced bitter made from heather honey, a good mix of berries, herbs and flowers.

The Golden Pig

Søbogaard has, in collaboration with the MusicBrewery daCAPO, beer and horn music, developed this tasty and organic beer.
This beer is brewed with an eye for the best quality raw materials combined with artisanal care in the brewing process.
The Golden Pig is no longer made by daCAPO, but the taste; it is as good as ever.

Ingredients: Organic barley malt, hops, yeast and water.
33 cl. or 50 cl. bottle

Cherry wine

At Store Voldsgaard, a little south of Herning, Niels and his helpers make Søbogaard's Cherry Wine. The wine is made from organic sour cherries, grown in Zealand by one of the few Danish growers of organic sour cherries. At Store Voldsgaard, the wine goes through a long process, where cane sugar and good spirits are continuously added to it, until it ends up with just the right percentage of alcohol and sweetness.

Elderflower wine

If you say Søbogaard, you also say elderflower. This wine is a classic on a hot summer day and can be enjoyed as is or with a splash of bubbles, a slice of lemon or just a few ice cubes.

Elderberry wine

Delicious, flavorful fruit wine, which has been nursed and nurtured in the warm surroundings of Søbogaard.
The berries come from Skoulund on the Louns Peninsula.
Ingredients: Organic cane sugar, organic elderberries, organic alcohol and organic ginger extract.
